Yes. All work will be drawn in my style. Appearances may or may not be 100% exact to original subject. If you cannot accept this, then please do not commission me.

Is it okay to ask for modification after a revision?

If commission is WIP (work-in-progress), I will do my best to modify any design elements to your liking. Please do not be afraid to communicate, it helps to illustrate effectively!

Commercial-use is purchased separately by rates set within TOS.

Google Drive Link! I will upload files of commission to a private folder that is only accessible to you and I. Graphic heavy work and/or videos take time to process.

(A) I only work in within my current skill and/or style.

Although I am versatile and have a variety of knowledge, some programs such as 3D blender and/or similar I'm not experienced with. Also, any additional file accommodations will be labor intensive on top of current request. Communication is extremely important for this type of commission.

Commissions are made using Procreate & Procreate Dreams.

Commissions work in a first come, first served basis.

Commission may be live-streamed (not guaranteed); option is provided.

Commissions that include a character not owned by you is your sole responsibility to gain permission from the original owner. I recommend asking before commissioning me.

Commissions made of real individuals are kept private, unless otherwise granted by client.

Commission may take up to 2 weeks - 4 months+, which heavily depends per project, availability, and other contributing factors (i.e: personal health & life, order bulk, and awaiting confirmation, etc.). I will notify you for any delays that may occur as I am able.

Commissions for Stream Events (SUBathons, etc.), Birthdays, Holidays and/or Special Occasions, should be requested at least 4 weeks - 2 months in advance. Contact me asap!

Preferred Name and Pronouns are needed to best address client.

Responses may not be immediate but will be sent asap (vice-versa)!

Falsifying any information is a breach of tos and result in being banned.

You must notify me (i.e: tesvp) ahead of time regarding:

+25% fee added for privacy requests, not concerning personal identity, etc. Work will not be streamed and/or shared, unless otherwise granted by Client. Privacy restrictions prevent promotion for future prospective clients.

Payment for KOFI Commissions must be paid on KOFI platform.

Payment of commission must be paid upfront in full and/or 1st payment of an agreed upon payment plan is received before work begins.

Payment plans may be granted for cost exceeding $200, by request or at my discretion. Delivery of completed files will be sent after the final payment on the invoice is fulfilled.

Prices are subject to change per project, additional fees, size and/or difficulty.

Any chargebacks, scams and/or breaching terms of service will result in a permanent ban. All work is forfeit and prohibited for use by user. If necessary, DMCA's will be issued. Work may be re-purposed for artists (i.e tesvp)'s personal-professional-use.

As the artist, I (tes, tesvp), reserve the right to refuse projects, cancel sales & commissions and/or service if necessary, for any reason. Cancellation & Refund info are listed below.

Commercial-use license is required for work used for commercial purposes
(e.g merchandise such as: prints, apparel designs, logos, self-promotion, etc.)

Under no circumstances can content files itself be sold or distributed.

Commercial-use license does not mean you may claim credit of work.

One-time fee commercial-use:

Fee's are subject to increase varying on projects for personal • business • corporation-use.

Commercial use includes unlimited commercial-use and personal-use.

Commercial-use is permitted only for original characters and/or concept designs either made by the artist (i.e tesvp) and/or owned & created by you (i.e the client).

After details and payment are finalized between both parties (i.e: I, the artist, and you, the client), an official commercial-license agreement digital certificate will be given validating your right to use artwork for commercial-use.

There are no refunds by default and/or at my sole discretion.

Cancellations are strict but fair; you are paying for my time.

Cancellations must be made before (a) invoice is sent or (b) work begins.

Cancelled work may be reused for my portfolio professional-personal use.

Option to apply "promotional perks" from platform support are provided in order forms.

General "Promotional offers" are released at my sole discretion.

Commission for Kofi are made through KOFI request.

If accepted, I will proceed finalizing details of request and payment.

If declined, no action needed! Information is removed.

Once payment is received, confirmation is sent and work will begin. Afterwards, I will send a draft of commission for approval. Max. of 2 drafts may be presented for review.

You may receive revisions during the sketching phase (+wip updates) of commission. Additional revisions are at my sole discretion. Any major changes may incur a fee.

Revisions required from details overlooked are corrected at no charge.

WIP (work-in-progress) updates are by request or at my sole discretion.

Designs for commission should NOT be currently underdeveloped!
Custom work is the only exception for underdeveloped designs.

You must provide 1 clear and precise quality image reference per request. Details by text are only accepted in aid of visual request. Requests without visual aid will be declined.

It is your responsibility to save any and/or all files of commission upon delivery.
Files are not guaranteed to be archived by artist after 30 days.

You will receive a digital copy of commissioned artwork in full resolution, watermarked & unwatermarked, unless otherwise stated via Google Drive Link. .PSD files are not included, unless otherwise granted.

Files for commissions are .PNG or .GIF (300 DPI), ranging from 500-2500px or higher, depending on scene, details, type, size of characters, etc. unless otherwise stated and/or requested.

Timelapse Video Files:
Videos are shared on artists Discord, YouTube and/or Patreon.

30sec Videos of commission may be provided by request.

Full time-lapse may be purchased +25% of base cost of commission.

Full time-lapse are provided to Twitch & Patreon as sub/pledge perks.

Completed files are delivered to contact given (e.g: email, discord...)

Any or all digital files of commission may vary slightly in color digitally based on differences in colors we see, screens, programs, settings, and traditionally regarding machines and materials.

As the artist, I (tesvp, tes...) retain copyright • right to redistribute • right to reproduce (unless an agreement is made stating otherwise) to all work I make, this includes, but are not limited to: work for self-promotion, all digital downloadable content, graphic design on online shops and/or social media (e.g: display images, products, etc.), WIPs (work-in-progress) • finished • edited • incomplete works both personal and/or commissioned work otherwise used to promote my business, including any forfeited, cancelled or rejected works to prospective clients. However, this does not mean I own your characters/personal designs.

I reserve the right to take action and/or refuse service to clients who've breached terms and conditions listed within terms of service for both personal and/or commercial-use.

As the client, you (i.e: the user), are responsible for providing all details required to fulfill commission, retain full rights to your respective characters and to upload any commissioned work made for you. Usage of work is limited to non-commercial, personal-use - royalty free. Commercial-use is purchased at a separate rate.

"Personal" & "Commercial" Use does not include AI!
DO NOT use any of my work to create AI and/or use in AI generators.

Client may use artwork for personal-use, as: profile pictures • thumbnail • decoration • social banners • server & stream content • character reference and/or have art printed for their personal collection or decoration IRL (non-commercial). Commercial-use is purchased at a separate rate.

Client may share watermarked versions of art publicly. Unwatermarked work are for personal and/or private-use only. This is to prevent theft.

Commercial-use (i.e merchandise, branding, etc.) of commission work must be discussed ahead of time and agreed upon by both parties. Commercial-use is subject to commercial-rates set by the artist.

No one is given permission to remove artist's signature and/or claim work as their own.

Please give credit for any completed artwork displayed and/or shared publicly and/or reposts either by name (i.e: tesvp) and/or social media - Thank you again for commissioning me!

Any or all work and/or media I (tesvp, tes...) created are prohibited from AI Generated Art Derivatives and/or Datasets, blockchain-related technologies, mint-selling NFT (non-fungible-tokens), cryptocurrencies and/or similar affiliated third parties, regardless of the commissioner and/or recipient of artwork and/or designs.

As a friendly reminder, do not bid, offer and/or buy what you cannot afford ❤ All sales are final.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to save any or all files related to your designs.

As the artist & designer, I (i.e: tesvp, tes...), I reserve the right to accept, decline, refuse and revoke purchase of designs to shell and/or empty accounts, cases regarding chargebacks, breach of terms and suspicious behavior. In addition, I am not liable and/or responsible for any co-ownership decisions regardless of design and/or community.

The owner (i.e: you and/or current owner) co-own [share ownership] of adopt and/or designs at your sole discretion, unless otherwise stated by closed specie communities. Issues should be dealt with directly between the party involved.

The owner (i.e: you and/or current owner) of design once payment is finalized, will receive full resolution, watermarked versions of digital files in most cases; PSD files are NOT included! Never share unwatermarked versions of designs - this is to prevent theft!

The owner (i.e: you and/or current owner) may modify and/or use designs for their personal (non-monetary)- use.

Change Overall Design to Personal Preferences.

Create Icons • Graphics • Prints, etc. for Personal-Use.

Use as characters in dnd campaigns, roleplay, and/or cosplay.

The owner (i.e: you and/or current owner) owner of design must credit the artist if any original work is used, shared and/or displayed alongside modified designs.

Adopt & Design Artwork may not be modified by other artists without permission, specifically regarding artwork itself by the artist (i.e: tesvp). Owners name will be displayed in watermark and/or publicly for ownership.

Adopt & Design(s) may be traded and/or sold for equal or lesser value of original cost.

Adopt & Design(s) may not sell beyond original cost, unless additional value in art applies (fe: paid commissions). Owners sell at their own discretion. However, please be fair to each other.

Adopt & Design(s) obtained free without payment are prohibited for sale and/or resell. However, they may be traded, gifted, raffled and/or in giveaways, at your sole discretion.

Transfer of ownership notifications of designs not associated with closed-specie communities are appreciated but not necessary!

Designs concerning closed species should notify their respective communities for any ownership and/or design modifications as outlined in their individual terms of use, if any apply.
